I bought this book because I had an electric steamer and was hoping to find recipes to cook in that. While any of these recipes can be cooked in an electric steamer, I didn't find any recipes that I was interested in trying. Also, this book was published in England, so the ingredients and recipes are for foods common to England, but not to the US.

If you love steaming your food, you'll love this recipe book. Written with metric and US measurements, you cannot go wrong using this as a reference in the kitchen!

I just bought a nice steamer and couldn't wait for this book to come in so I could try some new, healthy recipes. Well it finally came, and oh, I am so dissapointed. I could not find one recipe that I wanted to try. Many of the recipes had ingredients that I'm trying to avoid like butter, sugar, cheese, cream, heavy sauces...you get the picture. My advice? Don't buy the book.
